FENDOFF SPORTS LAUNCHES INSPIRED’S VIRTUAL SPORTS ACROSS ITS SOCIAL PLATFORM

Marks Inspired’s Entry of Virtual Sports to Social Gaming in the U.S.

NEW YORK, July 21, 2020 Inspired Entertainment, Inc. (“Inspired” or the “Company”) (NASDAQ: INSE) today announced that it has launched V-Play Plug & Play™, its complete end-to-end online and mobile sportsbook, on social gaming platform FendOff Sports. This is Inspired’s first social gaming partnership and marks FendOff as the first social gaming platform provider to launch 14 channels of Inspired’s award-winning Virtual Sports, including Basketball, Football, Horse Racing, Soccer and Car Racing, taking Virtuals into an entirely new and exciting domain.

From the makers of Chumba Casino, FendOff Sports is a unique sports social gaming experience available in 49 U.S. states and requires no purchase for a chance to win real prizes.  A subsidiary of social gaming operator, Virtual Gaming Worlds (“VGW”), FendOff Sports allows players to put their picking skills to the test against a community of like-minded fans. FendOff Sports gives away free sweepstakes entries, which can be used to play games for a chance to win prizes that can be redeemed for digital gift cards.

“We are very excited to launch with FendOff Sports, as we believe the Social Gaming space in the U.S. offers great opportunities for Virtual Sports,” said Brooks Pierce, President and Chief Operating Officer of Inspired.

VGW is considered a pioneer of social gaming with social casino brand Chumba Casino, online poker-room based brand Global Poker and, most recently, FendOff.com, its new social sports prediction game with the main idea of picking a winner based on a player’s knowledge, experience, and gut feeling.

“People love to predict the outcomes of sporting events, so we expect Virtual Sports to be very popular with our player base,” said Laurence Escalante, Founder of Virtual Gaming Worlds. “The superior graphics, frequency of events and breadth of playing options make Inspired’s Virtuals a great way to keep our social gaming players engaged all day every day.”
